Taste Notes
Slightly grassy at first and dry. After first few pours started to smooth out. Bitterness stands out more due to missing SG.
Smoothed out and cleared after four weeks in the keg. Subtle but nice hop aroma. Notes
Attempted single batch sparge. Filled cooler to the very top. Spilled 1/4-1/2 gallon of mostly sparge water attempting to lift cooler. Also spilled some wort while transferring to fermenter. Volume into fermenter is aproximate. Need to stir mash, let sit for 15 mins before running off when batch sparging.

Day 12 unplugged temp controller, one day later temp down to 54F.
Kegged on Day 13, Light spillage while racking to keg. Ended up with about 4.75 gallons into keg. Failed to take FG while kegging. Took FG from keg 1.010at 40F.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
