Taste Notes

1 week 2nd ferm, noticeable cranberry and citrus, remenisant to bay breeze drink, almost grapefruit in character, residual bitterness from cranberries, tart, tingles palette.

Notes

2lb fresh cranberries pasteurized added to secondary 8 ounce lactose dissolve in 1.5 cups water, add cranberries bring to boil simmer 5min. Cool add to secondary
