Notes

12/27/18 Made 1 gallon yeast starter at 1.040 with 2 packets of WLP300 12/29/18 Hit 125 for acid rest, hit 132 for protein rest, hit 140 for next step, hit 152 for final step, mashed out at 170. Sparged with 31 quarts of water at 170. First runnings at 1.082 final runnings at 1.032. 1.068 original gravity added 1 gallon of water to get 1.062 gravity into fermentor.
