Bronze Medal Winner - 2019 Dogg Dayzz Homebrew Competition - Kansas City, MO

Notes

To be barrel aged w Frogtown Hoppers Bbl 3. Brian Braley host. Barrel was originally used for Orange Tiger from Toledo Spirits. This is a solera. 12/26/18 - brewed, missed target OG of 1.062. Measured 1.055 1/27/19 - went in barrel. Jerry called to say my share was good. Was his favorite of the bunch, nice and dry. 7/28/19 - pulled 3 gal from barrel 8/2/19 - bottled with orange blossom honey for conditioning. 31 bottles total, longnecks with Morgans caps. 6 with gold caps for possible competitions. Placed in dining room for conditioning. Sent to 2019 Dogg Dayzz Homebrew Competition. Judging on 9/8/19 10/02/19 - registered for Oktobersbest in Cincy.
