Notes

Mash at 152F for 60 minutes Boil 60 minutes Ferment at 68F 14 days Cold crash fermenter at 32F for 24 hours Transfer to keg, add 1/2tsp gelatin and set to 30psi at 32F for 36 hrs. Move to serving fridge set to 8-10 psi.
