Taste Notes

Nice roasted malt flavor with hop aroma. Not bad for a short and shoddy type of brew.

Notes

Attempt of a short and shoddy. 30 minute mash 30 minute boil Ended up with stuck sparge on the fly sparge. Efficency took a hit causing low ABV. Also second generation of A24 used w/o starter. Next batch will be of normal mash/boil, batch sparge and full pitch of A24 14 days in primary. Transferred to keg, 4psi and put in fridge overnight. Added 1 tsp Gelatin (added to 1 cup of cold water until hydrated then heated in microwave 15 second burst until 150 degrees) to keg and set psi to 30 for 2 days.
