Taste Notes

I wasn't sure about the hop character initially, thinking the Pacific Gem was the wrong hop, but I think it turned out really well in the end. It isn't a hop dominant IPA, definitely balanced with the Belgian character. An IPA you can drink many of without wrecking your palate.
