Notes

Tilt measurements for OG matched what was measured in hydrometer finish gravity according to tilt was 1.00. pitched with dry yeast the night of Brewing with one package, the next morning pitched with wet yeast wy'east Chico one vile per carboy. Fermentation reach 1.00 in 5 days. On the fifth day, set temperature to 72 degrees.
