Notes

Brewed 7/19/12 with Jake and Roemer. huge moth did a Kamakazi run into the wort. He was a goner from the start. Garage is shaping up to be quite the brewery! Can't wait for the bugs to die down. Fermentation: overflowed the airlock. Ran 1 1/4 in tubing into water for airlock. Great fermentation! Used towel and fan to keep wort at 66 degrees. Moved to secondary 7/26. Bottled 8/4. Amazingly clear. Slightly carbonated. Delightfully crisp.
