Taste Notes

Wort was good. Could taste the chocolate malt.

Notes

Used filter water. Pre boil vol 7.5 gal. Post boil and cooled 6 gal. Assume a .25 gal loss in bottom of kettle. 5.75 gal into fermenter. Into fermenter Dec 2. Bottled roughly 5.25 gal from calculation
