Notes

First batch with internal sparge mechanism (ISM). Maintain better mash temp. Slowly released wort into kettle, as oppose to letting it rip. Intial 25% of sparge at 180 degrees. Sparged a layer of water before releasing mash (build up top pressure. Transfered 3.28.23. Kegged on 4.4.23, the day Johnson beat Vallas.
