all RO. Added 1 mL acid for a mash phof 5.5

1.6 epsom to mash

ran off 3.9 or so gal first runnings
total pre boil vol 7.9 gal
5.25 into fermenter
broke hydrometer, est OG = 1.059
carbed to 2.3 vols with 4.2 oz corn sugar

cold crashed for 5 days before bottling
First time w/Mosaic
by TerryMartinWow. Incredible hop flavor with the mosaic and the wet hops. Really great but the hop flavor seemed to fade fast.
