all RO. Added 1 mL acid for a mash phof 5.5 1.4 g gypsum 2 cacl 1.6 epsom to mash 1.5 g gypsum 2 g epsom 2.4 cacl to sparge 0.4 mL lactic ran off 3.9 or so gal first runnings total pre boil vol 7.9 gal 5.25 into fermenter broke hydrometer, est OG = 1.059 carbed to 2.3 vols with 4.2 oz corn sugar FG=1.008 cold crashed for 5 days before bottling

Wow. Incredible hop flavor with the mosaic and the wet hops. Really great but the hop flavor seemed to fade fast.
