Notes

5/4/13: Gravity points were on target but volume was too high, so we ended up with an OG of 1.088 5/5/13: Full blowoff - lost 1 gallon in each carboy due to excessive blowoff. 5/16/13: SG @ 1.030, roused both carboys and will let sit another week 5/25/13: SG @ 1.024 - let sit for another week 6/8/13: SG @ 1.022, ready for bottling 6/9/13: SG @ 1.021, bottled 2x4.5 gallons. Very nice tasting, but the hoppy yeast makes it almost like a black IPA.
