Notes

This recipe was taken from a reliable source and modified with a light hoppy water profile starting with distilled water. What beersmith calls secondary fermentation is actually a diacetyl rest. I would not rack this beer in to secondary. The yeast used is Imperial A24 Dry Hop. This is a great yeast, but I question if it is what Sierra Nevada is using. You will want to adjust your brewhouse efficiency to hit the correct numbers. I have it set at 85%. The hop utilization method used is the Tenseth method. This beer is being brewed all over the country to aid in the relief efforts for the Camp Fire in Paradise California. 100% of the proceeds are being donated. Look what beer can do! Saving the world again.
