Notes

Soak 2 vanilla beans in 4 oz whisky for 2 weeks before adding to secondary. Used organic cacao nibs & Jittery Joes Mexican Organic whole coffee beans (coarse crushed) - steeped beans in 205F water for 5 minutes (to sanitize) before adding to secondary Secondary in Keg on 12/11/2018. Do not remove beans and vanilla before 12/21. Age for 2 months - do not serve before 2/21/2019
