Notes

Mashed in at 76C 14L. Put tin foil on top of mash and lagged outside with sleeping bags to help retain temp. Mash pH @ 20min 5.3. Temp @ 20min 67C. Pre boil vol 30L @ 1.034 Post boil vol 25.2L Post cooling vol ???? forgot to measure OG 1.041 22.5 L into fermenter FG 1.010 Crashed for 3 days
