#X07 Hade some trouble figuring out the efficiency, guessed it at 60% when finishing the malt bill. Seems like it's closer to 75% though. Thus a much higher starting gravity than intended. Looks to be upward 1.060 Pitched 174g of thick slurry. At 181122 SG is 1.017 24C 181204 SG 1.014, 23C. Bottled with 2.1g sugar per bottle, 18 bottles.
