Hade some trouble figuring out the efficiency, guessed it at 60% when finishing the malt bill. Seems like it's closer to 75% though. Thus a much higher starting gravity than intended. Looks to be upward 1.060
Pitched 174g of thick slurry.
At 181122 SG is 1.017 24C
