2:1 ratio 250 sulphate level 20 min flameout steep, hydrated 1 pkts of yeast , M44 Took pH reading 15mins in mash - 5.4 post boil Ph 5.2 Ran chiller for 20 mins of the steep Salts into the mash and copper , equal amounts Down to 1.012 ten days later , dry hopped for 3 days @ 20oc then cold crashed for 3 days and kegged with Gelatin
