Notes
1/4-1/2 tsp cardamom at ten minutes
cracked cinnamon stick(1 or 2), in fermenter after a week with dry hops
3 cloves, ten minutes
1/4 tsp nutmeg ten minutes
sweet orange peel ten minutes
weird OG reading, i think the thing wasn't mixed right. there's no way this is 1.104 OG.
read the day after (approx. 16 hours after pitching. maybe 12 after fermenting) and gravity is ~1.056.
medium amount of krausen. a little bit in the tube, but not much in the blowoff water.
It's somewhere between these two. I am going to estimate around .064.
First taste when bottling - orange peel is definitely in there, and a hint of spice. nothing overpowering. Interesting to see how they will come out with carbonation.
FG was a bit high due to temperature, i assume. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
