Notes
Brewed on 3/10/13.
Forgot pH stabilizer. Used RO water so pH measured 5 to 5.5.
Pre-Boil gravity came up 8 points short (need to look at my crush also wort volume was over by at least 2 Qts). Took another reading 15 minutes before end of boil and still 8 points off OG. Added 1. 1lbs DME at 10 minutes left. OG 1.049.
While filling fermentor, noticed smudge from previous krausen that was missed during cleaning.
Fermenting at 48 degrees based on vessel thermometer.
Transfered from primary to keg on 4/23/13, a day over six weeks in the primary.
Filled 5 Gallon Corny and about a gallon in a 2.5 Gallon Corney.
Final Gravity came out at 1.010.
Tastes good right out of the fermentor. this could be a good one.
