Fermentation and dry hopping notes: 2018/11/12 1st day downstairs in fermenter: temp 65 deg no activity; 2018/11/13 Next day 65 deg no activity, moved up stairs; 2018/11/14 temp 70 deg normal fermentation; 2018/11/17 temp 69 deg, fermentation stopped - racked into secondary, great aroma, tasted hoppy and high bitterness, SG 1.011. Dry hopped all three additions. 2018/11/24 temp 63 deg. Added remaining hop additions 7 gm Centennial & 7 gm Simcoe
