Very light Cream ale that I flavored using Apricot Extract (4 oz)

Notes

6-10-17 Brew day: Omega yeast "Hothead" vigorous in the starter. OG is at 1.050 Fermenting in bucket with OLY 057 Hot Head Yeast. 6-25-17 Racked to keg FG 1.012 4.99% ABV
