Notes

11 Days: Airlock activity has stopped. Gravity reading 1.008. Nice tart cider taste, but has sort of a sweet after taste. Lots of trub floating on top. 15 Days: Bottled with 3 oz or corn sugar. Final Gravity reading 1.008.
