Notes
Increased boil time (90 minute) to adjust for equipment and boiloff.
90 minute mash used to increase efficency.
Water agents added to approximately match Cardiff, Wales water (I use Reverse Osmosis, De-ionized water, 5.4 ph, as my baseline)
Mothers Molasses (not blackstrap) was used instead of Lyle's Black Treacle. \
