12/1/18 - Put all of it a 15 gallon Few bourbon barrel (previously aged RIS in this barrel), started fermentation with WLP099 12/5/18 - added about 2 liters of Winexpert White Grape Concentrate 68 brix, and added a packet of BE-134 saison yeast
