Notes

Mash In: 2 gals Spring Water 2.5 gals tap water. Hit 152 mark. Sparge: 3 gals SpringWater 2 gals tap water. Added sparge water and then allowed to sit 5 mins. Got a little over 7 gallons of wort. Came up short again on OG. Only 1.035 ??
