Notes

Recipe is Strong Scotch by jgauger. This is the third of my #libspill series, and one of the biggest beers I've ever made. I'm not a huge fan of high alcohol beers, especially brewing them- for the most part I enjoy something that's great to drink a pint of after a day at work. That's why most of my beers have been relatively low alcohol and leaning towards the quaffable- English ales and German lagers. But this series of beers has caused me to experiment a bit and do some things I wouldn't normally do, so here we are. Once I'm done with this series I'm sure to make a low alcohol bitter to balance all this out!
