Notes

Used Bader equipment, no sprage method. Mashed for 30-40 minutes at 148-150f. Brun'water estimated PH of 5.5. Only vorlaufed 1 gallon of wort. Transferred to kettle and boiled for 30-40 minutes. Added steeping hops with chiller, and steep/stirred for 10-15 minutes, then chilled to 70-ish degrees and transferred to carboy. OG was 1.052
