Taste Notes

After mash - brought to a boil for 15min Chilled to 35 degress Added 2 tsp of lactic acid to bring wort down to 4.49ph Used 5 capsules of Lacto planta. Co2 blanket and covered. 48hours - ph 3.48 - beginning boil. Hopping was spread out over the hour Prepared 150g of dried cranberries with 1/4 cup of vodka and 750ml of cranberry juice - blended and frozen to add in towards end of ferment
