Mash in 33.66 quarts 8.41 gallons (8 gallons 6 cups 6 ounces) absorption = (3.23 gallons) First runnings = 5.18 gallons First Sparge 3.09 gallons (3 gallons 1 1/2 cups) Collected = gallons Total collected = gallons Should total 8.27 gallons pre boil volume Boil off should be 1.5 gallons Post Boil Volume should be gallons Shrinkage = .26 gallons Add 3 vanilla beans and 2 sticks of cinnamon to secondary and let set for 3 to 5 days. Transfer to keg and let set for 2 - 3 months.
