Notes

Water Profile: TSS8CPQ. 1 litre starter ~ 24 hrs. Add Cascade wet hop from the back yard. Ratio 5 or 6-8 to 1oz. Using whirlpool additions to retain hop oils. Actual mash ~152. Goldings hop stale so didn’t breakdown so removed.
