Notes

Pitched yeast into 50 degree beer at about 10:30 PM on 10/15/18. Looked the next morning and the airlock is going crazy. This is a VERY happy yeast 10/29/18 - removed from freezer, to basement temperature 11/4/18 - kegged and moved to 37F freezer, will lager until spring.
