Taste Notes

Notes: dry-hop the ammarillo at high krausen We skipped the ammarillo addon since the beer is very very very hoppy harsh. Will blend with the partygyle to soften it up. will fine it to see if removing the particulate will help.

Notes

14/10/2018: transferred both DC17 kegs into jsut one and started secondary fermentation. Dry-Hop: Amarillo DH with 1oz Citra and 1oz Nelson Sauvin by mistake.
