Adjust mash for your equipment. Adjust carbonation. 2 row 67%, choc 11, crystal 120 11%, 10% flaked oats, 1.5% rst barley cascade 60 min, cascade 1.25oz 0 mins. 68gm, 34 gm. little chalk in mash.
