Notes

Highly modified Bells Two-Hearted Ale receipe. Pitched 1.0 L of US Safeale 05 from Pinglehead Brewing, 2nd generation pull fresh off a Pinglehead Red Imperial Red Ale batch on 7/19. 7/20 - Extremely active fermentation, cooled to 68F in AM. 7/26 - Dry hopped with 1oz Centennial and 1oz of Cascade.
