Recipe from Zymergy and Cigar City Brewing Brewmaster Wayne Wambles - Directions: Use RO water treated with 2.4 g CaCl2 and 4.8 g CaSO4 per 5 gallons Mash at 152 .F for 60 minutes.Ferment at 66 F. Transfer 5.25 gallons to secondary. Cool to 55 F. Add dry hops and Spanish cedar. Wait 3 days cool to 35 F. Total dry hop time 6-7 days and total cedar contact time 7-14 days to taste.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
