Notes

HopShot 1 ml = 1 oz in Beersmith recipe listing. Each HopShot is 5 ml. Recipe from Bertus Brewing blog with minor tweaks http://www.bertusbrewery.com/2013/01/cloning-enjoy-by-ipa-and-stone-house.html I ended up boiling an extra 15 min due to low gravity. My boil was to low for the first 45 min. Increased boil level until gravity. Lost extra .5 gallons. 4.5 gall to fermenter. Substituted Centenial for Mouteka hops.
