Notes
I am brewing thisbeer for my brother-in-law and his wife who live in Louisville KY. This beer was inspired by Upstate Brewing Common Sense (http://www.upstatebrewing.com/beer/year_round )with alot of research that helped with deciding on malts and mashing from NHC 2014 presentation Kentucky Common – An Almost Forgotten Style Presented by Leah Dienes and Dibbs Harting. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
