Notes

Add Citra in primary when gravity is at 50% of OG Add Zythos in secondary Keg hop the azacca Do not cold crash below 42F if you want it to be cloudy Don't expect to get more than 4.5 gal in the keg, as the hops absorption makes you lose almost a gallon in the fermenter
