Vill skapa något som drar år Radio The Mothership, men något lättare, inte lika imperial. Baserad på Omnipollo Mazarins maltnota + lite mer kropp från carapils och havre. Ökad OG och bytt ut Amarillon mot lika delar citra och Mosaic. Smygit upp IBU från 40-ish till 60-ish. Log: 0 days: Post Bodil volume ended up being 2x28 liters in two buckets. Start fermentation slow at 16-17 C 2 days: AB experiment time. Added 500g light malt extract and 8g ofUS-05 to one of the buckets to bring up ABV to Imperial levels, around 7.3-7.5% depending on attenuation. 5 days: Imperial bucket 1.014 Standardbucket: 1.012 Bringing temp up to 19-20 C for secondary. 10 days: Dry hop a bit extra Imperial bucket: 120g Citra, 120g Mosaic, 90g Simcoe, 60g Columbus,Total: 390g Standard bucket: 80g Citra, 80g Mosaic, 70g Simcoe, 40g Columbus Total: 270g
