Po fermentacji głównej młode piwo bardzo gęste i wyklejające, bardzo słodkie i bardzo gorzkie od słodów palonych i chmielu. Kolor ciemno-brązowy. W zapachu intensywna czekolada i paloność. Wszystko oczywiście niezbalansowane.
