Taste Notes
Inspired by Balter XPA which was inspired by Stone & Wood’s Pacific Ale.
Basically take a Pacific Ale and up the hops. To support a 60min bittering addition, using a bit of Vienna malt. No Crystal malts at all as this is not supposed to be an American Pale Ale.
Should give me a good understanding of how Riwaka stands up to a flameout, cube and dry additionThis Recipe Has Not Been Rated
