Notes
+0 days: soak vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a shot of bourbon starting on brew day. add to secondary.
+25 days: cold crash to 36
+28 days: racked from primary to keg, tossed in the bourbon/spice infusion, and pulled a few pints... it's not quite how I remember it when I made it a few years ago, but... it's pretty good, but it's definitely green, too soon to tell how it'll be once the spice mellows since i just pitched today. not 100% sure on the final ABV, but it's around 6-7% (refractometer is problematic for FG)
+30 days it's been kegged for a few days now. the bourbon/spice is starting to mellow out a lot (as expected). this one ages nicely. it gets better every day. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
