słód zasypany przy 66°C temperaturę podwyższyłem do 72, modyfikacja PH kwasem fosforowym 75% do poziomu 5,8 w pierwszych 15 minutach, później strata do 5,7. Zacieranie przez 1h. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
