Notes
Add a pound of rice hulls per 5gallon batch
Forgot to consider grain absorbtion in the initial volume for the first step.
first step consistently about 132F rather than 122. Not worried, but worth noting.
at 10 min (first hold) 128.
122 at 13 min
162 step was 157. Probably added an extra 3-4 quarts water.
final step 163
Dave added somethingFlock at 12 min remaining in boil.
Flame off at 60.00 exactly. Will cool and cast when Dave and Tony are back with the ice.
The beetle returned for a few victorhy loops before Dave returned
