Bring to boil
After 10min cover and chill to 100F
Pitch Lacto
Hold at room temp (got down to 81F) over 2 days
Bring to boil
Immediately add hops
Boil 15 minutes
Chill, O2, Pitch
Ferment at 67F
Meanwhile, soak 20 dried cherries in 1 oz Creme De Caco for 1 week, drain saving liquid
Blend beer and liquid in 3g cherry liquid / 20g beer (15% by weight)
