Notes

Kegged 5 gallons on 10/6. Transferred the other 5 gallons into secondary on 10/7. 4 cups of pumpkin seeds added to secondary for 5 gallons: 2Tbsp salt and boiled in 16 cups water; then seasoned with 1/3rd cup brown sugar and 1.33 Tsp cinnamon, roasted at 300 F - 6’ and mix, 6’ and mix, 35’ and mix, 10’.
