Taste Notes

Mashed at 62, mash out at 70 Added 300g toasted cacao nibs and 300g raw cacao nibs for 10-12 days When kegging the sample tasted quite heavy bodied plenty of chocolate flavour and aroma - 03/04/2018 (gives it around 1 month to age before the competition) Can detect the vodka which was added to cacao nibs in order to sanitise, should mellow with age
