Taste Notes

Brewed on a Saturday First dry hop went in the following wednesday Second dry hop following monday and temp increased to 21.5 for diacetyl rest (measured gravity at 1006) Cold crashed Thursday to Saturday - (keg/secondary) First taste was bloody lovely, cant wait until it has aged for 2-3 weeks.
