Taste Notes

Brewed on a Saturday Missed mash temp by 4 degrees so added extra water to bring up to 64.5 after 30 minutes it was down to 61.6 again I took out 5 litres wort and added 5 litres 95 deg C water. This helped. Recirculated mash in all it was about 75-80 minute mash Extended the boil to 75 minutes = slightly more boil off, chilled to 30 degrees and pitched kveik Dry hops went in on day 16 (fermenter 1 only) will leave them in until day 21 then keg
